Nagarjuna, Samantha and Seerat Kapoor starrer 'Raju Gari Gadhi 2' released on October 13, 2017, and the film has managed to rake in Rs 20.71 Cr worldwide in three days. The three day box office collections of this film in India is Rs 12 Cr, with the number expected to go up in the coming days.

The film that is directed by Ohmkar collected $80,916 from its premier at the US box office. On its opening day, the horror comedy raked in Rs 8.40 Cr gross and earned Rs 4.91 Cr for its global distributors. The movie has turned out to be the biggest opening for Nagarjuna, beating records of 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'.

'Raju Gari Gadhi 2' is the official remake of Malayalam film 'Pretham'. The film sees Nagarjuna essay the role of a mentalist called Rudhra, and Samantha that of a dead law student named Amrutha. The film also stars Ashwin, Vennela Kishore, Praveen, Naresh and Rao Ramesh in key roles.

The satellite rights of the film in Hindi and Telugu have been sold for Rs 8 Cr and the movie has had a good run at the Indian box office so far, but with the release of Ravi Teja and Mehreen Pirzada 'Raja the Great' on October 18, it remains to be seen how it will fare.
