Story of the Film

Raja The Great is an Indian Telugu Language comedy drama film. Directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film features Ravi Teja & Mehreen Pirzada in lead role. Raja the Great had a worldwide released on 18 October, 2017.

Box Office Collection of the Film

Despite getting mixed reviews, Ravi Teja's Raja The Great has managed to set the cash registers ringing at the box-office even in its third weekend. Now, Raja The Great has emerged as the highest grossing film in Ravi Teja's career, beating his previous biggest hit Balupu (2013). The film collected Rs 52 crore gross and over Rs 30 crore share in worldwide by the end of its 19 days run and this is the first Rs 50 crore movie in the career of the actor, according to the makers.

The film collected a share of Rs 26.57 crore in AP and Telangana, Rs 1 crore, ninety lakh in Karnataka, a share of Rs 50 lakh in Rest of India and a share of Rs 1 crore and thirty lakh overseas taking the total to Rs 30.27 crore.

Ravi Teja's Last film was Bengal Tiger [Telugu Film] which was directed by Sampath Nandi. The film was made a budget of 25.00 Crore. Bengal Tiger had a worldwide release on 10 December, 2015. The film did not perform as expected and hence and collected only 42.00 Crore at the world wide box office, there are now immense expectations latched onto Raja the Great.
